The New Student: Flexible Learning Paths and Future Learning Environments
The expert conference “The New Student: Flexible Learning Paths and Future Learning Environments” will take place from 20 to 21 September 2018.
The number of so-called non-traditional students is growing in Europe. Institutions are responding to this trend, and Europe’s higher education systems are therefore undergoing a fundamental change. Flexible learning is one way to address these shifts. The aim of the conference is to discuss current trends in the European higher education systems, and to present innovative and sustainable examples of strategy and policy implementation. Moreover, it will deal with the question of how national governments and the European Union can provide assistance in this task.
