"Events for a Greener Europe" - Green Events Austria Conference 2018

At the "Events for a Greener Europe" conference, we will explore the challenges and potential of a sustainable European event sector and will discuss appropriate tools and instruments to strengthen the sector. The topics to be discussed include:

• the economic relevance of the European event sector and its environmental footprint
• initiatives by the public sector
• events contribute to Sustainable Destinations
• stimulating Green Events – Good Practice Europe
• instruments and tools, for example monitoring, reporting and certification
