Austrian connections at the Midsummer Mozartiade Festival:
2 July, 18:30: Founded in 2004, Primus Brass rank among Austria’s top brass ensembles today. The band offers world-class music paired with spontaneous wit, technical brilliance and modern stylistic proficiency. With an extensive repertoire, Primus Brass never fail to charm their audiences with their unmistakable sound. These six highly skilled musicians delight in demonstrating what they can do with well-known classical pieces, sizzling Latin rhythms or sing-along Austrian folk tunes. Primus Brass will give an open-air concert at the Midsummer Mozartiade Festival 2018.

3 July, 19:00: In a special performance, Così fan tutte, Mozart’s masterful probe into romantic relationships, is coming to Brussels’ Théâtre des Martyrs. In the company of the Royal Chamber Orchestra of Wallonia, six rising stars will sweep the audience away to a sun-scorched terrace overlooking the beautiful Bay of Naples.
